Here we show some of the colormaps that ship with nilearn (some adapted from the hcp connectome workbench color maps). this example show also some of the pros and cons of some of those maps.

Does anyone know of a way to extract the colorbar from a display output object generated using the nilearn.plotting.plot stat map () function? or even just recreate the same colorbar from a given stat image?. Based on other posts on this forum, i've figured out how to toggle between two plots in an xy graph to get the colors, but it seems like it should be much easier and more efficient to just change the preset colors that will be used by the waveform graph. Hello jmp community, i saw already some posts around the topic box plot coloring. i am lacking the feature in the graph builder that after i used a variable for coloring that i can easily change colors of all e.g. boxplots points of more than one y variable in one place.
