In the vnc window into your pi, open up a browser and go to sdrplay sdrconnect . scroll down to the bottom of the page and download sdrconnect for linux arm64 (arm64 is the type of processor the raspberry pi uses). To use sdrplay radios sparksdr needs the sdrplay api and driver to be installed. this should already be there if you have installed sdruno or other software that uses these radios.
