Soaring Eagles United Home We were excited to welcome volunteers from ocs (ovllia christian school) to the soaring eagle center! their energy, kindness, and servant hearts made a meaningful impact on our day habilitation program participants. A group of mothers and special education teachers formed the soaring eagle center in desoto, texas in june 2003 to enable young people with developmental disabilities living at home in southern dallas and northern ellis counties to soar like eagles.
