Sherman R Warthunder Entering production just a month after the m4a1, the m4 sherman is the second variant of the early generation medium tank m4 (sherman) family. the continental r975 radial engine from the m3 and m3a1 light tanks was utilised in the m4 variant. I have shermans that i like more than others but to determine the objectively best one is hard for shermans. they're the type of tanks that get really, really good the more experienced you are.

Unfortunately, it is currently impossible for a new war thunder player to acquire this rare tank. it is played like any other m4 sherman as a mobile tank with adequate armour and gun. Introduced in update 1.65 "way of the samurai", the sherman ii supplies the british army ground forces with the first u.s. medium tank under the lend lease programme in world war ii. The sherman's with us 76mm guns were given special ammo bins that had a non flammable fluid in them to prevent fires. the ones with the 'w' but without a 76 mean they had a 76 originally, but they were later removed (m51 w and m4a1 75 w).
