The all india management association (aima) in collaboration with vidarbha management association (vma) presents shaping young minds programme (symp) — a unique platform designed to inspire, guide, and empower youth through real life experiences and motivational sessions by india’s most eminent leaders. Each speaker presents for about 30 minutes, followed by a 45 minute interactive q&a with panelists selected from student delegates, making the programme an inspiring and highly acclaimed for management excellence. The programme, which saw close to 1000 delegates, including invited guests, students, and young professionals, was held at the uday palace convention centre here on sunday.
