Service Design Collective In 2024, sdc partnered with the boston digital service to assess over 150 public facing digital forms and applications across more than 20 platforms. together, we developed a strategy to streamline city operations while maintaining human centered, online public services. Service Design Collective Service design collective is a small consultancy and public benefit corporation launched in early 2022. we are founded and run by alumni of the united states digital service. many of us have worked together on prior projects going back almost a decade. We can help your team assess your broader forms landscape as well as dig into individual forms processes or platforms for content, usability, and accessibility. we are passionate about making forms easier to use, and getting people services and benefits faster. Our training series focuses on how to build better forms and truly digitize benefits and service delivery. We are founded and run by alumni of the united states digital service. we use human centered design to help our partners look beyond a single feature, product, or organization to deliver better outcomes for governments and the people they serve.
