As noted above, a business meeting session will be held for the site selection team to present the results of the site selection vote, and to hear a presentation from the newly seated worldcon. Seattle worldcon 2025 will host the business meeting virtually on four different dates prior to the convention: july 4, july 13, july 19, and july 25. these dates were chosen in order to accommodate as best as possible religious observance, work commitments, and time zone differences. The 2025 worldcon published an announcement of the 2025 wsfs business meeting agenda on june 12, including information about how to access the planned online virtual business meeting. you must be an attending member or virtual attending member of the worldcon in order to attend the business meeting.
