Wildscreen’s annual event, science in storytelling is returning on 19 20 march, bringing together scientists and filmmakers from the wildlife film and tv industry to discuss topics around.

Featuring a wide range of incredibly talented speakers, including scientists, science communicators, filmmakers, commissioners and more, we embarked on a journey to discover the best ways we can keep science in the spotlight in natural world storytelling. This event brings together scientists and filmmakers for panels and networking on how to keep science in stories about the natural world. In two 20 minute sessions we heard from author and science communicator, sophie pavelle, and filmmaker and explorer, ariel waldman, about their approaches to writing for science.
