The science center, in partnership with wexford science technology and ventas, inc operates a 27 acre campus called ucity square, made up of 17 buildings along market street in university city, west philadelphia.
Science Center Ucity Square Zgf has been collaborating with wexford science technology and the university city science center for more than ten years on the revitalization of the ucity square area in philadelphia, transforming it into a center for innovation, collision, connectivity, and entrepreneurship. Wexford science technology, the university city science center, and ventas have partnered to build ucity square into the region’s premier innovation address, consisting of laboratory, clinical, office, retail, residential, community and green spaces over the last two decades. Located in the heart of university city – philadelphia’s innovation district – ucity square exists at the intersection of world class universities, research institutions, academic medical centers and dynamic neighborhoods. Intentionally and sustainably designed spaces for biotech, science, technology, and healthcare users with access to life sciences infrastructure and a range of amenity spaces to nurture the growth and success of organizations and their people.
