April is sexual assault awareness month (saam), a time to bring attention to the fact that sexual violence is widespread and impacts every person in our community. Don't miss this opportunity to witness the triumph of the human spirit! the first tuesday of every april is the saam day of action. the day of action is an opportunity to start off the month with highly visible and coordinated actions. When is saam day of action? sexual violence and abuse are rampant issues affecting millions of people each year. it’s time to raise awareness about the need to end sexual violence and make a difference for the future by participating in events and activities dedicated to the saam day of action!.
