Ruff dog rescue is a foster based, non profit, all breed dog and cat rescue. our foster homes are located throughout atlanta, georgia together, through the collaborated volunteer efforts of lisa johnson, dixie bonds, lisa pelletier and rosemary rutland we rescue dogs from georgia high kill shelters.
