Revshift Poly Engine Mounts And Trans Insert New Ls1gto Forums I was in the market for poly mounts a few weeks ago, i passed on the revshifts because i read that they aren't interlocked. i ended up going with whitelines for this reason and i'm pretty happy with em. i did go with a new stock trans mount with the revshift insert fwiw. I've installed the blue street motor mounts and poly trans insert in two gtos. i don't find the vibrations to be bad, but i also haven't driven a stock gto in quite some time.

Race Poly Front Rear Left Right Engine Mount Inserts For Mitsubishi Gto When i did the clutch a few weeks ago i installed a new stock trans mount with a revshift insert. i had planned on doing poly engine mounts later, just didn't know how important it was. I've been running one for like 2 years now. i did the clutch at the same time and a new trans engine mount set. it seems great to me. still very driveable and haven't noticed any issues. feels more firm than stock. I have replaced the motor mounts with revshift mounts and installed the revshift trans insert (t56). after doing that the shifter didn't move around under acceleration anymore. I'm running scss motor mounts and trans mount with a 1 piece carbon driveshaft. plus being cammed long tubes, i gave up trying to worry about nvh a long time ago.

Revshift Performance Polyurethane Engine Mounts 1984 1989 Nissan I have replaced the motor mounts with revshift mounts and installed the revshift trans insert (t56). after doing that the shifter didn't move around under acceleration anymore. I'm running scss motor mounts and trans mount with a 1 piece carbon driveshaft. plus being cammed long tubes, i gave up trying to worry about nvh a long time ago. These mounts are designed for all bmw e82, e81, e87, e88, e90, e91, e92, and e93 cars with an n54 or n55 engine (excludes the m3). they are rebuildable and the polyurethane bushing inserts can be easily swapped out for a different hardness. The previous owner of my car installed hinson engine and trans mounts. they're a bit too harsh for my taste was going to switch to revshift. i haven't seen them break but i haven't really searched. I'm looking to purchase a new trans mount and i'm looking for suggestions based on experience. also considering replacing engine mounts at the same time, anyone try the revshift matching set?.
