Home Rethink Education Rethink education helps north carolina prepare for any short or long term learning disruptions by partnering with districts to develop tailored plans that meet the specific needs of their school communities. After meeting with district leaders, the rti team outlined a partnership plan, aligned to the four workstreams, with specific supports available through rethink education. Funded by a $17.6 million grant from the u.s. department of education, rethink education works to strengthen instructional resilience by equipping educators with the skills to deliver high quality blended learning. Survey results from participating educators reveal overwhelming support for the program: the five to six month training program—offered at no cost to participants or their schools—includes educators from traditional districts, tribal schools, and charter institutions.
