To this end, best practice guides for starting a green team or initiating a sustainable lab programme were created as publicly available resources, and barriers and facilitators were assessed and summarised in a report produced for the ministry of health, welfare and sport. It helps scientists improve efficiency, lower carbon emissions, and embed sustainability into everyday research activities. once you are enrolled in the program, there is also a lot of information available on how to be sustainable, and my green lab also offers specific advice for each laboratory.
