Sponsored Projects Program Allied Media Projects Members of the ncoe have been an integral part of allied media projects (amp) since it first took root in detroit more than two decades ago. its mission explains, “allied media projects (amp) cultivates media for liberation. our media includes all the ways we communicate with the world. Allied media projects (amp) is a detroit based nonprofit that incubates new media and technology projects for social good and hosts regular convenings, including its biannual allied media conference. Since 1999, amp has hosted the national allied media conference, which now brings together more than 2000 artists, organizers, makers and doers in detroit each year.
