The current review aims to provide an overview of existing measures of resilience used cross culturally and to synthesize the protective and promotive factors and processes (ppfp) of resilience identified within these measures into a single resource. A number of factors contribute, but a key differentiator is resilience—and a resilient culture. resilient cultures are those that are strongly rooted in organizational mission and values, and exhibit high levels of trust and experimentation.
