Replace Existing Title Block Using Visual Basic Autodesk Community
Replace Existing Title Block Using Visual Basic Autodesk Community Is there any way to replace an existing title block in a dwg file using vba? in the existing drawing the title block is "iso schriftfeld a" and i want to change it to "iso schriftfeld b". I only posted this picture to demonstrate that the command creates a second unwanted block after i used your code to "change" the existing title block. the command automatically creates this unwanted block even if i change the sheet size.
Title Block Autodesk Community I am trying to change the title block of the active sheet using visual basic. i realize this can be done using a snippet in ilogic, but i am creating an external .dll file using visual studio. If the title block is an xref, then the drawings you have this title block xref'd into would update automatically. but the way you're describing how you manually update the title block is actually an inserted block and not an xref. We have changed our titleblocks at work and now i would like to update all of them with code. does anyone know of a way to do this with vba? any help would be greatly appreciated! if you send me the titleblock (s) as a seperate drawing (s), i'll have look at what code it'll need to do the job email as below renegade. Fastest method to change new title block on existing title block by x ref or insert block.
