When i open github it loads incorrectly as shown in the picture. after i press f5 to reload the page it loads fine. this happens in both edge and firefox. i tried a fresh install of both browsers so it is not related to any extensions. someone suggested i check with firefox and there is a bunch of css files errors. this only happens on github and not anywhere else. any help? thanks.
