This study investigates the relationship between perceived stress and coping strategies in young adults, with a specific focus on how individual characteristics, such as personality traits and previous experiences, impact the effectiveness of these coping strategies. Our study aimed to assess stress levels, the primary sources of stress, and stress management strategies among students at different academic stages (i.e., year 1 and year 2 diploma of pharmacy students) in the post covid 19 pandemic era. The findings contribute to the growing body of literature on stress and well being by demonstrating the direct relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction, the mediating role of coping strategies, and the moderating influence of personality traits.
