Regional Climate Change Research Development Center Vsu R D Nexus The regional climate change research and development center (rccrdc), follows the national climate change action plan (nccap) as the center’s thrust, which serves as the guiding framework for its research, development and extension (rde) efforts. Vsu has since expanded also to include six other newly established research centers, including: eastern visayas innovation center for health biotechnology (ev biotech).
