Nice build. a little more crit rate wouldn’t hurt (unless you’re using rosaria) and some more er, but that’s basically nit picking and min maxing. I'd honestly go for a crit rate circlet even if it has subpar substats. you have c6 so i'd assume that you oneshot anything if you crit.

I do have r1 wgs but i use it on my c2 diluc team, so since the standard banner gave me r3 swp, figured i’d use it on eula. i do like the vacuum blades but haven’t fought a boss yet to see overall what would be better for my case any helpful advice or direction would be appreciated. I know we've seen a lot of eula builds over the last few weeks but it made me wonder, who has the strongest eula build out there?. Just like the above user said, you need to lower down your crit dmg and higher her crit rate so that when her ult pop it crit consistently and not losing any dps value. I've been working to improve my eula and i think this is the best i can do with what i have 🙂 i run her with raiden, shenhe and furina! i'll put a generic description of their builds in the comments.
