Publications Ict4peace Foundation List of ict4peace statements and submissions to the second un open ended working group on the security of and in the use of information and communications technologies (icts) (oewg 2021 – 2025). The foundation’s sustained and strategic input, stocktaking exercises, evaluations, briefings, workshops and ideation has contributed to the strengthening of humanitarian aid structures, as well as the peacekeeping and peacebuilding – at the united nations, and beyond.
Publications Ict4peace Foundation This document presented the ict4peace project, that began in 2004 and formed part of switzerland’s contribution to wsis 2. the project aim was to explore and map the possible uses of icts in the field of prevention of conflicts, peace building and post conflict reconstruction. Ict4peace organised workshops and produced a number of publications in the aftermath of the christchurch attack and the sri lanka bombing with the main aim of raising awareness and supporting the christchurch call summit process. The ict4peace foundation was subsequently established in spring 2006 to raise awareness about the tunis commitment and promote its practical realization in all stages of crisis management.
