The outdoor recreation legacy partnership (orlp) program is a competitive grant initiative under the land and water conservation fund (lwcf) act, aimed at enhancing parks, recreational opportunities, and conservation areas in underserved, urban areas.

Project Partners Conservation Legacy Legislation requires a conservation partners program to encourage and support local conservation efforts. to provide matching grants for restoration, protection, and enhancement of wetlands, prairies, forest and habitat for fish, game, and wildlife.
