This program is designed for families with children who have autism or other developmental disabilities, allowing them to explore the museum's galleries in a less crowded environment. Independence, productivity, and community inclusion are key components of this vision. there are 68 ucedds at least one in every us state and territory that are in a unique position to facilitate the flow of disability related information between community and university. The uccedd makes significant contributions to the body of knowledge related to disability through research and policy work. we collect and analyze data, facilitate focus groups, and evaluate project outcomes, all to inform policies that positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities.
