Processing Error By Thatscarygamemaker As i switch to yyc, trying to run or compile targeting windows or android my computer freezes, until it all lags to hell and freezes. this only happens with yyc. since i'm forced to shut it down with task manager or to reset my pc, i do not get any error log. I’m using processing 4.3, and saving the sketch in different folders doesn’t trigger any errors for me. it might also be worth checking if the name of your main sketch matches the name of the upper folder. Try uploading the artwork on steam using a browser and see if that works. i did mention in my original post that i have tried on both my laptop (a macbook), my computer (win 10) and on both opera gx and chrome browsers. i just re attempted on both browsers and confirmed the error still persists. When i launch gamemaker, i open it up, and it just stops at "user processing " nothing else loads, so i can't even use the program needs to be fixed asap. user being able to be processed so gamemaker can be used. how reliably can you recreate this issue using your steps above? always. Gamemaker studio froze on me while i was working and i updated the ide after i force closed the process and when i tried to boot up the project a sprite didn't save well and it didn't work until i reverted to a backup. had i not made a backup i would have lost a lot of work because of that. So i can't really tell you anything, yesterday i programmed and used processing normally. today i open my sketches and none of them work, not even empty ones. I get processing errors after running pmd on a set of files & not sure what in the files is causing pmd to throw up this error while processing. please help me figure it out & understand how can i get pmd to parse those files as well (if at all )?.
