It says it connects and there's nothing to download but I know that is wrong. PNC bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into Quicken. I can see new transactions on the PNC site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from PNC into Quicken since Friday. In relation to this, uPDATED 11/14/25 PNC Bank -Direct Connect and PNC - Quicken. UPDATE 11/14/25: PNC has instituted further fixes for users who continued to experience missing transactions.
Building on this, quicken and PNC Direct Connect - also Bill Pay. As of May 17, 2023, Direct Connect to PNC is not working. I have reached out to both Quicken and PNC. The Quicken support team mentioned that this is a PNC Bank issue.
