Created a project watching videos, when try to turn simulator on it opens but close itself right away. any help would appreciate. never seen that error before. if it's crashing, you definitely need to reach out to tech support, although they'll probably just tell you to reinstall .

This is the standard crash message for tia. is the crash repeatable? i.e. it crashes every time you try this? try and change something and see if it happens again. are you on the latest hotfix for your version of tia? check that definitely.
