Children S Environmental Health Collaborative Postcard Children S Children today are surrounded by unprecedented levels of plastic, yet our understanding of the long term and intergenerational impacts of this chemical exposure remains limited. Together, we make up the pediatric environmental health specialty units (pehsu) and work collaboratively to improve health systems to make communities safer for children and families. we provide community education and outreach, training for health professionals, and guidance and referrals.

China Children S Environmental Health Platform Children S Children around the world are being exposed to harmful chemicals and plastics every day—even before they are born. tens of thousands of chemicals are in global use, yet many lack comprehensive health and safety testing. The children’s environmental health collaborative aims to prevent climate change and pollution from reversing decades of progress in child health by supporting countries to assess risks, strengthen policies, and build frontline capacity. The collaborative is a multi stakeholder initiative established in 2023 that provides a shared vision, identity and platform to amplify the work of its partners to protect children’s environmental health.
