Across the country, local leaders are working together with seven national partners to leverage resources, increase coordination and build alignment within the systems that support young children and families. Elliot’s provocations unpacks current events in the early learning world and explores how we can chart a path to a future where all children can flourish. Early learning happens in the context of relationships and across all of the settings where infants, toddlers, and young children spend their time—at home, on the playground, in child care and school, at the doctor’s ofice, at the library, and at the grocery store. Together with local leaders, these national partners work through the eln collective to help all young children get a great start in life. a 15 member steering committee leads the eln collective. nearly half of its members are local leaders, including parents and caregivers.
