Phantom Road 4 Review
Phantom Road 4 Review Banner Comic Book Revolution Topo introduced a handful of subtle tweaks to the phantom 4, bringing a more modern look and shape. we found in the lab that cushioning increased, yet energy return remained low, which makes the update feel somewhat bittersweet. Most of my runs in the phantom 4 were on wet roads and i had no issues with traction. like many topo shoes, it provides enough grip to run on dirt roads or rail trails, but i would not recommend it for technical terrain.
Phantom Road 11 Review The Horrormen Hit The Brakes Since its inception in 2019 the phantom has become one of topo athletic’s top selling road trainers. the phantom 4 looks to be enough of an update to lure in curious new runners, while not so much an overhaul that it will turn away dedicated fans of the shoe. Topo phantom 4 review: softer 'zipfoam' cushioning, secure fit, and a roomy toe box make this daily trainer ideal for natural, versatile road running. The topo phantom 4 is built for runners who place a high value on an anatomical fit and is best used for easy runs, recovery runs, walks, and maybe even long runs if you’re light of foot. The topo phantom 4 has poor energy return. the phantom 4 is a no frills shoe trainer that's designed to stay out of your way rather than give an extra pep to your step, and that's evident in the ride. I was excited for the topo athletic phantom 4 to release. it brings a smaller update to a shoe that’s already built a loyal following, especially among runners who value a roomy toe box and comfortable fit. Topo has always been about roomy toe boxes and low drop geometry, but with the phantom 4, they’ve managed to make the shoe feel plush, protective, and still efficient enough for daily training.
