Pdc Sensor Replacement R Bmwtech I am trying to replace my pdc sensor on my 2020 x5. managed to get the front sensor off but i can't seem to get the new or old sensor to fit back into the connector. is there some kind of trick to it? seems like it never wants to go in all the way and wants to come out. should the grey tab be pulled out or pushed in when putting the new sensor on?. Recently got a rock chip damage on my front right pdc sensor :’) and bmw quoted 1400$ for the replacement. i’m planning to replace it on my own but struggling to find the exact part online.

I did the press the ear against the pdc sensor test and found that the front and rear corner sensors on the passenger side weren't clicking. so i replaced them today and they're now clicking but still getting the dreaded pdc malfunction message. My front inner pdc sensor needed to be replaced on my 21 330i i realized the only way to access it is to remove the front bumper. kies motorsports has a great video i followed to remove the front bumper it's just a bunch of short screws and plastic body pins. Since i don't want to waste any time at the dealer i ordered a replacement sensor and want do the job myself. to me it seems like i could potentially just remove the small black piece that holds the pdc sensor, instead of the whole number. b) where those clips are so that i don't mangle up the whole bumber while prying it out? any help appreciated!.

I have a 2019 bmw 330i and unfortunately the front left center pdc sensor got dinged up the other day. thankfully i was able to procure a new sensor and o ring from a dealership for a decent price. Had a pdc sensor replaced recently at the dealership. everytime the 7 was washed or it would rain the system would read "pdc malfunction". i do not think the dealer had to repaint anything. that being said it was covered under cpo maintenence warranty. Theres a base that the pdc sensor clips into you. you shouldn't need to glue anything when replacing just the sensor. did my post help? click "appreciate!" for sale!. Using it with the generic bluetooth scanner, it told me exactly which parking sensor was bad. i bought a used sensor on ebay for roughly 35 bucks, replaced the sensor, and everything is good to go!.
