Paul puckett was born in 1975 in dallas, texas. he was the son of a chemistry teacher at highland park high school who also moonlighted as a musician and a student of the traditional musical art of flamenco guitar. Growing up in dallas, texas, paul puckett always drew and painted, and when his grandfather passed away in 1988, paul inherited a berkley 8 foot 7 weight rod and a bunch of bass poppers, which kicked off his fly fishing passion.
