Home Page Eastside Pathways Eastside pathways is a collective impact organization dedicated to ensuring equitable outcomes for every youth in our community, from early learning through high school and beyond. By combining mentorship, family engagement, and early academic support, eastside pathways is helping young people build confidence, stay engaged, and move closer to graduation. They use the collective impact framework, with guidance from strivetogether, to engage organizations and work collaboratively to align efforts to address the systemic barriers that hold back some of our children. Courage, accountability and collaboration are key leadership skills to reimagine our community and how we operate within it. addressing internalized, interpersonal, institutional and structural inequality (particularly racial inequity) leads to more diversity and inclusion.
