Reading Schools Ou reading schools: building a culture of reading is a year long cpd programme designed to help schools develop and implement an effective, whole school reading for pleasure strategy for primary and ks3 pupils. Our programme responds to the challenge of motivating young readers, enabling teachers to enrich their knowledge and practice and make a difference to attitudes and attainment. This unique, year long programme, led by professor teresa cremin and secondary ou rfp mentors kelly ashley, bennie kara, and rachel ayres, enables staff teams to revolutionize the reading.
