Openclim Github

Openclim Github Openclim (open climate impacts modelling framework) is an integrated assessment framework that brings together existing models for highlighting the impacts of climate change and informing adaptation needs at national and place based scales. The openclim project is designed to support uk assessment of climate risks and adaptation, including future climate change risk assessments and national adaptation programmes, by developing and applying an integrated assessment model.

Adaptation Inventory Openclim

Adaptation Inventory Openclim The openclim framework has been designed to provide policy makers with a suite of integrated models and tools which can be applied nationally to assess future hazard risks and adaption strategies considering projected spatial and temporal changes resulting from both climate and socio economic change. The openclim project is designed to support uk assessment of climate risks and adaptation needs, and future ccras and naps in particular, by developing and applying a first uk integrated assessment for climate impacts and adaptation. Openclim, the open climate impacts modelling framework, is an integrated assessment framework that brings together models to explore potential future impacts of climate change and selected potential adaptation options. The openclim project has developed a set of tools and resources which are available for public use and allow the exploration of the data and results generated by the project. below links are provided to each of the tools that are currently available, or will be shortly available.

These scripts can be used to calculate pet (potential evapotranspiration) from ukcp18 data, using penman montieth, and to then apply a bias correction to pet, precipitation and temperature. openclim has 68 repositories available. follow their code on github.
