One Of My Favorite Flags For My Worldbuilding Thing R Flags
One Of My Favorite Flags For My Worldbuilding Thing R Flags R flags is a subreddit dedicated to flags, whether it be flags that are of countries, organizations, your own personal fantasies, or anything related to that. we're similar to r vexilollogy but with much fewer rules. It’s really simple: remove every outline from pretty much any element on those flags. real world flags don’t have borders because they’re made of fabric, and fabric doesn’t come from software, you know, 😄.
Some Of My Favorite Flags R Flags Make flags for countries, factions, and worlds. create custom flags with our drag and drop flag maker — for your fictional nations, worldbuilding projects, or roleplaying games. The flag of angola is my favorite extant example of this tradition, consisting of a red top half, a black bottom half, and in the center a golden gear, a golden machete (!), and a golden star. Almost all modern flags are based on european tradition, i'm gonna guess your world doesn't even have europe in it. you can use larger banners or even experiment with crazy shapes. While i'm pretty inspired with lot of aspects of worldbuilding, i find myself being absolutely terrible for finding inspiration in designing flags. so while i don't have any story of flags to share, i'd like to know how you guys go on about creating flags.

Which of these flags is the best, and how could i improve them? i personally prefer the 2nd one. your flags are nice, but in my opinion the sun symbol in the middle doesn't "pop" as much as it should. All those flags are too cool and interesting to be flags of actual countries. other than that, i would like to know symbolism that went into those flags and how they represent their countries. I see a lot of maps in this subreddit, which is awesome because i like maps, but an integral part of my world building has always been flags. i've seen some people struggle with their designs, so, for those who are interested, i present my guide to flag design for worldbuilders. A subreddit for those who enjoy learning about flags, their place in society past and present, and their design characteristics.
