Nhs Innovation Hubs There are 15 health innovation networks across england, established by nhs england in 2013 to spread innovation at pace and scale – improving health and generating economic growth. The chief scientist office (cso) funds three regional innovation hubs, covering all 14 territorial nhs boards in scotland. the three regional innovation hubs are: covering nhs grampian, nhs highlands, nhs orkney, nhs shetland, nhs tayside and nhs eileanan siar western isles.
