Newcomers Brampton Library It is free and open to all brampton residents who moved to canada within the past seven years, are over the age of 18 and at any level of experience. special guest mentors and industry professionals facilitate a series of free workshops and events and share their creative journeys and experiences. In this article, i’ll explain the concept of the “human library” and the way it relates to brampton library’s support of newcomers and vision of inspiring connections. The lsp program offers newcomers settlement services directly in libraries in certain ontario locations (brampton, hamilton, kitchener, london, markham, ottawa, richmond hill, toronto, vaughan, waterloo, and windsor). In partnership with brampton transit, city of brampton recreation, and generously sponsored by toronto pearson, newcomers are welcome to register for brampton library’s award winning newcomer bus tours to explore city wide attractions and points of interest.
