New Xkit Discussion Are you seriously asking us to install separate chrome extensions for every feature? that's completely ridiculous? extensions bloat chrome. i keep them to a minimum. and now features outright don't work on xkit and i'm prompted to install individual extensions for them?? is this seriously the case? why can't features be toggleable in one extension?. New Xkit Discussion It’s like new xkit but designed for modern tumblr and consistently updated. new xkit will still be around for anyone who really needs it but is a much buggier experience. Tumblr isn’t done updating the web experience, so features that only run on legacy powered pages like mass and go to dash remain exclusive to new xkit for now. Four months ago, your generous donations allowed us to begin development on a version of new xkit for safari. today, we are pleased to announce that we have finally passed apple review and are available on the safari extensions gallery. this is the first ever release of new xkit supporting safari. New Xkit Discussion Four months ago, your generous donations allowed us to begin development on a version of new xkit for safari. today, we are pleased to announce that we have finally passed apple review and are available on the safari extensions gallery. this is the first ever release of new xkit supporting safari. It's like new xkit but designed for modern tumblr and consistently updated. new xkit will still be around for anyone who really needs it but is a much buggier experience. New xkit is a open source project by a group of developers collectively known as the new xkit team. our glorious leader hobinjk started the project last summer after it became clear that atesh (the xkit guy) had stepped down for good and wasn’t able to keep the code up to date anymore. Different settings for the extension: more style settings: change between flat (new) style and nested (old blockquote) style. So since i saw quite a few people reblogging my other psa about xkit, i thought i’d put together a short, concise version that goes into a little more detail about how it works and how to go about things. With new xkit officially riding off into the sunset, i’m taking this opportunity to have a nice maudlin ramble about my time with xkit. the past ten years have been a fantastic journey filled with so much learning and growth.
