My Current Hair Routine Ashley Brooke One of the hardest things for me post baby has been finding a good workout routine. i know i’m not alone in this, but it’s definitely been a constant ebb and flow of a routine working and then not working. it’s one of those puzzle pieces that i’m trying to figure out how to *fit* into the day. Each workout includes a short intro and warm up followed by compound exercises that offer an efficient and effective workout in a short amount of time. i include progressions and modifications for the movements to keep you challenged and feeling strong.
