How Bruce Springsteen Became Bffs With A Fan And Their Mum The My dad passed away nine years ago (i was 21 at the time). there are a handful of bruce songs i'd always known just from their popularity, plus having heard them for years from my dad. mostly the "big" ones, like thunder road, born to run, hungry heart. those longs, i loved. Most of all, as another lifelong bruce fan, i wish him peace, for though our bodies must go, our souls and spirits rise together as brothers. i’m sure he is proud of you.
