2019 Reading Stats Well, well, well, february was a very good reading month for me. it seems i got a bit of my mojo back and i loved it all. it honestly feels like it was a long month when i look back at what i read way back at the beginning anyway i'm just hoping to keep…. As you may be able to tell, i went on a bit of a susan mallery jag this month – with a few library loans coming in and a couple of omnibus editions totally enabling my habit of just going straight on to the next book in a series!. Each issue of the monthly bulletin of statistics (mbs) presents current economic and social statistics for more than 200 countries and territories of the world. It’s time to review my reading for the last year and see how i did with respect to my goals of reading widely outside of the western white male canon (wwmc).

It’s so much fun to look at these stats and compare to years past! i read a fair number of graphic novels this year too (and verse novels, which aren’t necessarily shorter in pages but they’re quicker reads). I re read seven books in 2019 – as usual, a few were for podcast or book group. and some were for a secret project that i’ll tell you about in the next couple of months…. A short timeline of when i read each book. a single dot represents a book and their positions are adjusted along the y axis such that they don't collide with each other. The book of monthly report of socio economic data is published monthly by the bps statistics indonesia.
