Mill View Primary School Forest School Outdoor Learning Forest school and outdoor learning is an integral part of the mill view whole school curriculum offer. every child works in our forest school or kitchen garden on a weekly basis where they develop a deep understanding and appreciation of nature. Forest school practitioner and outdoor learning lead teacher rachel macdonald set up the project five years ago as an experiment. brought up on a mountain in wales, with a degree in environmental science, rachel first attended a forest school holiday club at plas derw trust with her own children.
