Mark Mckenna Ucla Itlp Professor mark p. mckenna is the vice dean of faculty & intellectual life and teaches and writes in the areas of intellectual property and privacy law. His most recent work has focused on the intersection of intellectual property rights regimes and the intersection of ip rights with adjacent rights. mckenna joined the ucla school of law in july of 2021. he was previously the john p. murphy foundation professor of law at the notre dame law school.
