Register and verify youth and youth serving organizations program (yorp) guidelines within the respective jurisdiction of city or municipality; provide technical assistance to the lydc of the concerned lgu in the formulation of the lydp; facilitate the election of the lydc representatives serve as secretariat to the lydc; conduct the mandatory.
