Moreover, help with a particular type of hint...orange and red can only be paired ....
Which TYPE of logic issue is this? For example, in my puzzle the clue is "Of the OIL CREW team and the team that finished third, one uses orange paintballs and the other uses red paintballs" The hint says "If Oil Crew does not equal first, and orange and red can only be paired with either Oil Crew or third, then orange cannot be equal to first. pseudo-pair type problems are rare in 3x5 grids - Puzzle Baron. I came here, because of not having access to mobile phone right now, when I played app with similar logic puzzles, but even the easiest here, are not that easy, especially that I'm not native english speaker.
I'm young adult, I don't even have 25 years old, but I feel stupid, when I see other's solving time. Therefore, in either scenario orange paintball cannot be the first position, hence cross out first from the orange row/column. Same logic applies to the red paintball, and we can cross out first position from the red paintball row/column. Hope this helps and makes it clear.

I read through the clues and mark the obvious information first. Then I usually have a few clues left that I'm not sure what to do with.
