Live Feed Faye Webb Elementary School Our "gator camp" is a special time for our incoming kinder students to take a bite out of the wonderful world of elementary school. it's a fantastic opportunity for them to meet the amazing kinder teachers, make new friends, and become familiar with the school!. On early release days, students who ride the bus are dropped off from school approximately 3.5 hours ahead of their usual dropoff time. as a reminder, pre k and kindergarten students who ride the bus are required to be picked up from their bus stop by their registered parent guardian.
Live Feed Wingate Elementary School The 2025 2026 school year officially begins today, and this video highlights those first moments of the doors opening at three mckinney isd campuses: mckinney high school, valley creek elementary and evans middle school. In september, school attendance awareness month emphasizes the critical role consistent attendance plays in student success. engaging with peers and learning every day fosters skills and relationships that last a lifetime. Sheridan elementary students celebrated the 100th day of school on february 6 with creativity, smiles, and lots of fun! from 100 day shirts to dressing like they were 100 years old, our students showed off how much they’ve learned and grown this year. Our school is a better place because of mrs. morales, who fills our library with brightness, kindness, and curiosity each and every day. from helping students find the perfect book, to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, she truly inspires a love of reading and learning in all of us.
Live Feed Flat Rock Elementary School Sheridan elementary students celebrated the 100th day of school on february 6 with creativity, smiles, and lots of fun! from 100 day shirts to dressing like they were 100 years old, our students showed off how much they’ve learned and grown this year. Our school is a better place because of mrs. morales, who fills our library with brightness, kindness, and curiosity each and every day. from helping students find the perfect book, to creating a space where everyone feels welcome, she truly inspires a love of reading and learning in all of us. Spring break is almost here! ☀️just a reminder that there will be no school next week as students and staff enjoy a well deserved break. staff will return monday, march 23, and we will see students back in the classroom tuesday, march 24 for the last 9 weeks. Do you have a child who worries, struggles with big emotions, or feels anxious about school, tests, or friendships? join us for a helpful parent class focused on understanding anxiety and supporting children in healthy ways. Utep sees the value in what we do every day—they trust north loop to help shape and mentor their future teacher candidates. this collaboration is not only a reflection of our success but also a reason to celebrate as a school community.
