My First Steps In Factorio R Factorio To begin from the main menu, you need to select "play", then "new game". this will lead you to a menu allowing the customization of your world. if this is your first time, you won't need to tinker with these. if you haven't yet played the tutorial and campaign levels yet, you should play these first however. If the actual game doesn't play this way, they might want to adjust the tutorial to make that clear. just going by the tutorial, the emphasis is on defense and fighting, making that appear to be a major part of the game play.
