University Partner Lend Program Office Of Interprofessional Practice Leadership education in neurodevelopmental and related disabilities (lend) programs aim to improve health outcomes for people with autism spectrum disorder (asd) and other neurodevelopmental disabilities. Lend programs aim to improve the health of individuals who have, or are likely to develop, neurodevelopmental or related disabilities by preparing trainees from a wide variety of professional disciplines to assume leadership roles and to ensure high levels of clinical competence.

Lend Program The 9 month training opportunity includes coursework, seminars, research and presentation opportunities, mentorship, hands on experiences in clinical or community based settings. stipends are available for long term trainees. The purpose of the lend program is to provide interdisciplinary and leadership training to clinicians, families, self advocates, and community leaders involved with developmental disabilities. There are currently 56 lend programs in 44 states. lend programs provide long term, graduate level interdisciplinary training as well as interdisciplinary services and care. The purpose of the vanderbilt consortium lend is to improve the health of infants, children, and adolescents with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities (ndrd) and to increase access to family centered, community based, interprofessional services.

Lonestar lend is a training program designed to develop leaders in the field of autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental disabilities (asd dd) using a 10 month, interdisciplinary training model focused on leadership and evidence based practice. Ohsu lend program is a maternal and child health bureau funded project that trains professionals to improve the health of children with disabilities. it offers internships, leadership roles, collaboration and policy development in the field of neurodevelopmental and related disabilities. The leadership education in neurodevelopmental disabilities (lend) program at children’s hospital of philadelphia (chop) is a one year interdisciplinary fellowship supported by a grant from the federal maternal and child health bureau.
