You appear to be working offline. leap server is not currently reachable, and you cannot work in offline mode because leap has exceeded its 30 days offline time limit. Leap office express net client service: press `ctrl shift esc` to open the task manager. go to the services tab. locate the leap office express net client service (leapofficexe) and check its status. if it's not running, right click and select start. or you can try a leap repair:. Locate leap right click repair (if repair is not an option but change is there, click that then repair). this is what a support answer should be concise, easy to follow directions and, most importantly, it works first time!. Simon jack (leap) 3 years ago hi john, sorry to hear you're having issues with logging in. can you please try the following: close out of the leap login screen open your task manager (ctrl alt del, select task manager) navigate to the services tab locate 'leapofficexe' > right click and select restart start try logging in again.
